Refund policy
We want you to be confident when ordering from Jurassic Points. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the nature of custom work, custom grip configurations and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty.
This includes:
- Custom 50/50 Hybrid grip combinations
- Any item produced based on customer-provided specifications
Screw-In Dart Points
Screw-in points are ordered specifically for each setup. For this reason, returns may not be accepted unless the item is faulty.
If you are unsure whether your darts are compatible with screw-in points, please contact us before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos where possible
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
